We make every effort to ship product to you within four days of your order. If it will be longer, we will contact you via e-mail to advise you of the ship date. From October through April, we ship via Fed Ex Home Delivery (or Fed Ex Ground for commercial addresses), which takes up to four days and is usually on time but delivery is not guaranteed. Depending on where you live, we will time shipment so that your package does not sit at FedEx over the weekend where the temperature could damage the product.

Shipping chocolate, nougat and caramel gets much less whimsical during warm weather months. From May through September we recommend shipping overnight with cold packs to make sure that the product gets to you in the same condition it left our kitchen.  A charge of $4.00 for ice packs and additional packaging may apply and will be added to your order at the point of check-out.
