Sea Salty: These caramels are made in the classic French style. We first caramelize the sugar to a deep brown to maximize the “caramel” flavor, and then we add high quality European style butter, fresh cream and sea salt. The result is a luscious, melt-in-your-mouth treat with a nice salty finish. This is the one for any salty caramel lover on your list.
Creamy Vanilla: Ditto! These are the less-salty-more-sweet version of our classic French caramel. For the caramel purist who doesn’t want that pesky salt messing with their sweet treat.
Salty Chocolate: This is a chewy American style caramel, made with sweetened condensed milk, premium dark chocolate, butter and a pinch of salt. Imagine any of the chocolate chews you know from childhood, but made with premium chocolate. They are pretty much perfect, and more than a little addictive.
Raspberry: Who knew you could make caramels with real fruit? This is another version of our chewy American style caramel, made with real raspberry puree. No artificial flavors or colors. Imagine your classic childhood fruit chew made with real fruit. Delicious.
